- Change room dimensions, ceiling height or make a room look larger
- Add rooms or remove structural elements
- Modify balconies, terraces or gardens; add a pool or fireplace
Materials and equipment
- Add built-in furniture or appliances that are not present
- Replace kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, countertops or wall finishes
- Upgrade windows or doors to newer versions
Condition of the property
- Remove cracks, water damage, mould or revealing stains
- Hide structural defects or relevant wear and tear
- Hide damaged floors, walls or ceilings
Surroundings and view
- Remove neighbouring buildings, power lines, roads, construction sites or infrastructure
- Alter or replace the real view; add mountains, water or vegetation
- Add sunlight, weather or light sources that change perception; turn night into day
Staging
- Add or remove furniture in standard mode
- Virtual staging or renovation without explicit selection
True-to-Property Mode, by default
Every photo is processed with photographic, optical, exposure, colour and perspective corrections only. Generative changes to physical features are blocked.
Automatic safety check
Each result is compared with its original. Any suspected material change is not approved automatically and shows:
“Potential material alteration detected. Please review this image.”
Full transparency
Originals kept permanently, enhanced versions stored separately, Original vs Enhanced comparison, and a history of applied operations.
Visualisation kept separate
Staging or renovation, if offered, lives in a separate mode, is never presented as a standard photo, always links the original and is labelled:
